ATEQ TPMS Quickset Tool
|
|
Item Number: AT-TPMQUICKSET
Every TPMS sensor has an individual Electronic Serial Number (ESN). Each time you change your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors you must re-learn the sensors ESN's into the cars Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Many of vehicles can be put into learn mode through steps outlined in your owners manual. However, most vehicles manufactured by Japanese makers (Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc.) require an electonic tool. For a full listing of vehicles which require an electronic reset tool please visit this location: ATEQ's TPM Quickset is the first DIY Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) re-learn tool. It is a PC based tool. Simply follow the 5 easy steps below. 1. Load the software on your PC by following the on screan instructions 2. Input in your sensors ESN's into the software. 3. Connect the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) adapter to your computer with the USB cable. 4. Load the ESN's into the OBD adapter. 5. Connect the OBD adapter to the ODB plug under your dash and with the press on one button your ESN's will be loaded into your cars ECU. The complete instruction manual is available at our web site http://www.revolutionsupply.com/pdf/ateq/QUICKSET_user_manual.pdf

Bought this tool last year from Revolution for my 2008 Subara Impreza. First issue was that the CD that came with it, didn't have the program files. I contacted ATEQ and they pointed me to a place on their website to download the software. That worked and I was able to download the TPMS ids from my car. This season I tried to upload the new codes for my winter tires and the unit fails everytime. I've tried to send the error file to ATEQ, but my email keeps getting rejected by their server. I don't know what to do now :(

Bought this product when purchased 2011 Toyota RAV4 Sport w/ Sport Appearance Package. Since I have no rear wheel on the door, it's important to always have TPMS working. I was able to easily program the 2 sets of wheels and have the car recognize them and swap easily.
Had a glitch @ start but the support was great and quick to fix my glitch. I'd recommend it to anyone, and it saves costs since Toyota charges too much to reset every season.
Happy customer !

This product was shipped to the incorrect address, I have made multiple attempts to contact someone regarding this but have had no response and it's been over a week.
My confirmation email showed the correct address but the tracking information shows it wasn't even shipped to the right state.

Tool came in yesterday. Had to update drivers for Win 7 64 bit computer. After update tool works great. One of the best tools I bought. Toyota wanted $125 to reset my sensors. now with this tools, I'm in control. now to only find an affordable tool to read the sensor serial number.
I highly recommend this tool.
